Albany Nullah Clearing Storm Debris.

With reference to his report of the 25th August 1903, C.C.710/659, on the above subject, the Superintending Civil Engineer is informed that the facts and circumstances of the damage should be pointed out to the Colonial and Military Authorities, and that they should be asked whether they will accept the cost of clearing away the debris and whether steps can be taken to avoid such an occurrence in the future.

The question should be discussed with Mr Colson on his arrival at Hong Kong.
